Prescription Rule This page stores prescription notes locally; it does not replace pharmacy labels, physician instructions, or professional medical advice.

Scam Rule Do not give codes, passwords, gift cards, banking information, or Medicare information to unexpected callers or texters.

Caregiver ↔ Senior Remote Sync
The Senior Quick Dashboard can now be paired with an authorized caregiver's Senior Support page. The senior and caregiver share the same encrypted Senior Profile, so either person can update information and the other device receives the latest saved version.
1. Create the Pairing Code on the Senior Phone
- Open securevault.host/senior-quick-dashboard/ on the senior's phone.
- Tap the large Caregiver Sync picture.
- Tap Create Pairing Code.
- Give the temporary 8-character code only to the authorized caregiver. It expires after about 15 minutes.
2. Pair the Caregiver
- On the caregiver's phone, open this regular Senior Support page.
- Tap the floating green Caregiver Sync button.
- Enter the 8-character code.
- Enter a caregiver label such as Daughter, Son, Home Caregiver, Neighbor, or a first name.
- Tap Pair & Sync Current Profile.
3. Two-Way Profile Changes
After pairing, the caregiver can update the Senior Profile on this page and save it. The Senior Quick PWA checks for the new shared version while it is open and when it resumes. The senior can also edit the Profile from the Senior Quick PWA and press Save & Sync Profile; that change returns to the caregiver's page.
The shared profile can include emergency contacts, family contacts, caregiver information, medication-helper information, doctor and pharmacy details, appointment information, transportation, preferred hospital, home information, medication notes, medical/allergy notes, and other Senior Profile information.
Simultaneous changes:
If the senior and caregiver save different edits at nearly the same time,
the most recently saved version becomes the current shared profile.
4. Caregivers Can Provide Information
The caregiver can enter or update the primary caregiver name and phone, a second caregiver name and phone, caregiver notes, medication-helper contact, transportation helper, home helper, doctor, pharmacy, appointments, prescription notes, and other profile information. Saving the profile sends those changes to the shared Senior Profile.
5. Shared Prescription Reminders
The caregiver's Remote Sync panel includes the same shared prescription reminder system. A caregiver can enter a medication label, reminder time, reminder note, time zone, and save the reminder for the senior. The Senior Quick PWA receives the same reminder list. The senior can also create or delete reminders from the PWA.
Automatic scheduled SMS reminders can be sent to the senior and/or saved family, caregiver, or medication-helper phone numbers when the SecureVault SMS provider is configured under WordPress → Settings → GreenBridge Senior SMS.
6. Optional Senior Dashboard PIN
From the caregiver Remote Sync panel, the caregiver can require a 4–12 digit PIN to open the private Senior Quick Dashboard and choose an unlock period of 15 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours, or 24 hours. Emergency 911 remains available outside the PIN lock.
7. Multiple Caregivers
The senior can create another temporary pairing code to authorize another caregiver. Each caregiver receives a separate device credential. One caregiver can be unpaired without automatically removing the others.
8. Unpairing
A caregiver can tap Unpair This Caregiver in the Caregiver Sync panel. The senior can use the Caregiver Sync picture in the Senior Quick PWA to remove all paired caregivers when necessary.
Privacy & Security Notice:
Remote Sync may include contact, medical, medication, home, transportation,
emergency, and caregiver information. The plugin uses separate high-entropy
device credentials and encrypts the shared profile and reminder payloads at rest.
Protect both the senior and caregiver phones with normal device security.
Technical safeguards alone should not be treated as certification of compliance
with any particular healthcare, privacy, or data-protection law.
Senior Quick PWA, Caregiver Sync & Prescription Reminder Instructions
1. Open the Senior PWA
On the senior's phone, open securevault.host/senior-quick-dashboard/. Use the phone browser's Add to Home Screen or Install App option when available.
2. Senior Profile
The Senior Quick Dashboard uses the same GreenBridge Senior Profile format as this Senior Support page. Before pairing, it can use a profile saved in the same browser. After Caregiver Sync is paired, the senior and authorized caregiver can use the encrypted shared server profile so changes can move between their devices.
3. Prescription Reminder
- Tap the large Prescription Reminder picture in the Senior Quick Dashboard.
- Enter the medication label/name and the daily time it should be taken.
- Add an optional dosage/reminder note.
- Enter the senior's phone number and/or family, caregiver, or medication-helper phone numbers that should receive the reminder text.
- Save the reminder.
While the PWA is open, it checks the saved reminder time and displays a large medication alert. If SecureVault automatic SMS has been configured, the server can also send the scheduled reminder text to the selected phone numbers.
4. Automatic Text Messages
Automatic SMS requires the Senior PWA plugin's SMS provider settings to be configured by the WordPress administrator. The plugin includes Twilio support under WordPress → Settings → GreenBridge Senior SMS.
5. Other Senior Quick Functions
The PWA includes extra-large picture buttons for 911, emergency contact, family, caregiver, medication list, doctor, pharmacy, maps, appointment information, transportation, trusted neighbor, home helper, medical card, scam check, phone setup, larger-text/volume help, Find My Phone guidance, home safety, grocery/essentials help, device shopping, and GreenBridge support.
Medication & Reminder Notice:
Prescription reminders are organizational aids only. They do not verify the correct
medication or dose, whether the medication should be taken, or whether a dose was
actually taken. Follow the prescription label and instructions from the prescribing
clinician or pharmacist. WordPress WP-Cron can also run late; for time-sensitive
automatic SMS, use a real server cron at least every five minutes.
