disclosures, senior-support disclosures, child and teen/tween disclosures,

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of GreenBridge Mobile, the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp,
SecureVault-hosted pages, service dashboards, product pages, support links, mobile app-style web pages,
service paths, forms, buttons, local profile tools, approved-link tools, and related services
collectively referred to in these Terms as the “Services.”

By using any GreenBridge Mobile or SecureVault-hosted Service, opening a service dashboard,
purchasing or attempting to purchase WRapp access, entering a discount code, adding a page to
your phone home screen, using any support path, entering information into a local profile field,
or allowing a child, teen, tween, senior, staff member, volunteer, family member, caregiver,
or organization member to use the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services
for a child, teen, tween, senior, family member, organization, group, or another person, you
represent that you have the lawful authority and practical responsibility to do so.

Important: GreenBridge Mobile WRapp is a mobile support and service-access experience.
It is not an emergency-response system, medical provider, mental-health provider, legal service,
child-protection system, monitoring system, school system, care-management system, wireless carrier,
or data-plan provider.

2. Parties and Service Structure

GreenBridge Mobile is the public service brand, support gateway, customer-facing
information source, and service relationship point for the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp experience.

SecureVault.host is used as the hosting location for the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp,
mobile-style dashboards, service paths, and related pages. SecureVault-hosted pages may look and
operate like mobile apps, app launchers, app dashboards, or Progressive Web App-style pages, but
unless specifically stated otherwise, they are web-based pages opened through a browser.

GreenBridge Mobile WRapp means the master mobile service launcher that helps users
choose and open one of several service paths. The WRapp is intended to give users a simple mobile
starting point for selecting the support category that fits their needs.

Perch Mobile is the data-plan provider for the applicable mobile data plan relationship.
GreenBridge Mobile supports customers through the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp and related app-style
service paths that may be used on or alongside the Perch Mobile data plan.

The GreenBridge Mobile WRapp currently points to five primary service paths:

  1. Senior Support Functions
  2. Child Channel Functions
  3. Teen / Tween Trust Functions
  4. Organization Orchestrator Functions
  5. Anyone / All-In Mobile Support Functions

3. Local Device Storage and No GreenBridge Server Storage of Dashboard Profile Data

A central feature of the current GreenBridge Mobile WRapp service-path dashboards is that certain
information entered by the user is designed to be stored locally on the user’s own device or browser,
not on GreenBridge Mobile servers and not on SecureVault-hosted databases.

When a page says that profile information is stored locally, it means the information may be saved
using browser/device storage such as local storage, browser storage, or similar device-side storage.
This may include information entered into profile fields, emergency-contact fields, doctor fields,
pharmacy fields, caregiver fields, guardian fields, approved-link fields, organization fields,
reminder fields, or other local dashboard fields.

GreenBridge Mobile does not receive, review, store, host, sell, rent, or maintain copies
of the locally entered dashboard profile data unless the user separately and intentionally sends
information to GreenBridge Mobile through another method.

Examples of information that may be locally stored on the user’s own device or browser include:

  • Senior name, emergency contacts, doctor contact information, pharmacy information, caregiver information, and daily helper notes.
  • Child profile fields, guardian setup fields, approved URLs, school pickup support notes, and family communication shortcut information.
  • Teen/tween profile fields, trust rules, check-in notes, curfew information, safe-ride contacts, approved links, and family support notes.
  • Organization profile fields, staff or volunteer support notes, member-support links, event support information, and organization shortcuts.
  • All-In hub links, customer support shortcuts, product shortcuts, approved links, and general support information.

3.1 What Local Storage Means

Local storage means the information is saved in the browser or on the device that was used to enter
the information. Local storage is convenient, but it is not the same as a secure online account,
encrypted cloud vault, enterprise database, medical record system, legal records system, school
records system, or permanent backup.

Local storage may be affected by device settings, browser settings, browser updates, private browsing,
content blockers, cache clearing, storage clearing, factory resets, phone replacement, app removal,
device loss, device theft, malware, shared-device access, parental-control settings, operating-system
changes, or other circumstances outside GreenBridge Mobile’s control.

If the user clears browser data, deletes site data, uses private browsing, changes phones, changes
browsers, resets the device, deletes the shortcut, or uses a different phone, locally stored information
may no longer appear. GreenBridge Mobile may not be able to recover it because GreenBridge Mobile
does not keep a server copy of locally stored dashboard profile data.

3.2 Exceptions: When Information May Leave the Device

Although the service dashboards are designed so profile data is stored locally, information may leave
the user’s device if the user chooses to use features or third-party actions that transmit information.
Examples include:

  • Submitting a contact form, registration form, WooCommerce purchase form, checkout form, support form, or email form.
  • Sending an email, text message, phone call, support request, or shared message from the user’s device.
  • Using a “share,” “copy,” “call,” “text,” “email,” “map,” “directions,” “buy,” “checkout,” “sign up,” or third-party link.
  • Clicking external links to GreenBridgeMobile.com, WooCommerce, Google Maps, Apple services, Google services, Amazon, Perch Mobile, carrier-related pages, payment processors, email providers, SMS tools, browsers, app stores, or other third parties.
  • Using device backup, browser sync, password managers, cloud sync, family-sharing features, parental-control services, operating-system features, or third-party extensions.

Information voluntarily submitted through checkout, contact, registration, email, text, payment,
or other external tools may be processed by that separate service or provider and is not the same
as locally stored dashboard profile data.

3.3 No Guarantee of Confidentiality on Shared Devices

If a phone, tablet, computer, browser profile, or unlocked device is shared with others, locally
stored information may be visible to other people who use that same device or browser. Users should
use device passcodes, biometric locks, browser-profile controls, family-safety settings, and other
device-level protections appropriate for their circumstances.

4. Extensive Product and Service Descriptions

GreenBridge Mobile WRapp is organized around five primary service categories. Each service path is
designed for a different practical use case. The Services are intended to provide organization,
shortcuts, support prompts, user-managed profile fields, and quick access to helpful actions. They
are not designed to replace professional judgment, caregiver supervision, parental responsibility,
emergency services, medical care, school administration, organizational compliance, Perch Mobile
data-plan service, or legal advice.

GreenBridge Mobile WRapp Master Launcher

The master launcher is the front mobile starting point. It helps a user choose which WRapp
path fits the situation: Senior Support, Kids Channel, Teen / Tween Trust, Organization
Orchestrator, or Anyone / All-In. It is a directory-style service launcher and access point.

SecureVault-Hosted Service Paths

SecureVault-hosted service paths are web-based dashboards that provide local profile tools,
shortcut buttons, support categories, resource links, and app-style navigation for the selected
user type.

4.1 Senior Support Functions

Senior Support Functions are designed to help a senior, caregiver, family member,
or responsible support person organize helpful senior-related phone information and everyday support
shortcuts in one mobile-friendly page.

Senior Support may include fields or buttons for emergency contacts, doctor information, pharmacy
information, caregiver information, medication questions, ride help, scam-awareness prompts, family
call/text shortcuts, doctor maps, pharmacy maps, refill reminders, safety notes, and daily helper
buttons.

Senior Support is intended to make common information easier to find on the user’s own phone. It is
not a medical device, not a medical record, not a healthcare provider, not a substitute for licensed
care, not a medication-management system, and not an emergency monitoring service.

Senior-specific disclosures

  • For emergencies, users must call 911 directly or use local emergency services.
  • Senior Support does not automatically monitor health, falls, location, medication use, symptoms, emergencies, or caregiver response.
  • Medication, doctor, pharmacy, appointment, and caregiver fields are user-managed reference fields only.
  • GreenBridge Mobile does not verify whether a doctor, caregiver, pharmacy, family member, emergency contact, address, or phone number is correct.
  • Scam-awareness content is general educational support and does not guarantee fraud prevention.
  • Ride-help or map links may depend on third-party services, device settings, location permissions, and user choices.
  • Locally entered senior information is not backed up by GreenBridge Mobile and may be lost if the device or browser data is cleared.

4.2 Child Channel Functions

Child Channel Functions are designed to be used by a parent, legal guardian,
caregiver, or other authorized adult to organize child-related phone shortcuts, guardian-approved
links, family communication options, school pickup notes, and safer mobile access prompts.

Child Channel is not intended to create a public child profile, social network, child-tracking
database, cloud child record, or child data collection platform. The current design is intended
to keep child-related profile entries locally on the child’s or guardian’s device/browser unless
the adult user chooses to transmit information through another tool.

Child-specific disclosures

  • Child Channel should be configured and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
  • Children should not be encouraged to enter unnecessary personal, school, health, location, or family information.
  • GreenBridge Mobile does not actively verify a user’s age, identity, guardian status, household authority, or legal custody rights.
  • Guardian-approved links are selected by the adult user and are not independently reviewed by GreenBridge Mobile unless specifically stated.
  • Child Channel is not a substitute for Apple Screen Time, Google Family Link, carrier controls, school-device controls, router controls, parental supervision, or safety education.
  • Child Channel does not guarantee that a child cannot bypass settings, open other apps, visit other websites, change browsers, use another device, or communicate through other services.
  • Local guardian sign-in or local lock screens are convenience tools only and should not be treated as bank-level security or a true server account login.
  • Locally entered child information is stored on the user’s device/browser and may be visible to anyone with access to that device or browser profile.

If a parent or guardian uses external links, browser tools, app stores, maps, messaging services,
school links, email, device-sharing features, or third-party parental controls, those third parties
may have their own data practices, privacy policies, and terms.

4.3 Teen / Tween Trust Functions

Teen / Tween Trust Functions are designed to help families create a structured
and practical mobile support environment for a teen or tween. The purpose is to support trust,
communication, safety reminders, check-ins, safe ride planning, curfew reminders, privacy awareness,
and responsible phone use.

Teen / Tween Trust is not a surveillance service, not a law-enforcement tool, not a counseling
service, not a mental-health provider, not a school-discipline system, and not a guarantee of safe
teen behavior. It is a family support and trust-structure tool.

Teen / tween-specific disclosures

  • Teen / Tween Trust should be used with age-appropriate communication, household rules, and lawful guardian involvement.
  • The service does not automatically track location, read messages, monitor social media, block content, record calls, or enforce curfew.
  • Check-ins, trust rules, curfew notes, safe ride information, and approved links are user-managed and locally stored.
  • Safety prompts about privacy, scams, inappropriate content, cyberbullying, sextortion, unsafe rides, or risky communication are general educational reminders only.
  • Families should seek qualified professional help for mental-health concerns, abuse concerns, exploitation concerns, self-harm concerns, criminal threats, school safety issues, or emergencies.
  • For urgent safety threats, users should contact emergency services, trusted adults, school authorities, crisis resources, or law enforcement as appropriate.
  • Teen / Tween Trust does not guarantee that a teen or tween will comply with rules, use the correct links, answer check-ins, avoid unsafe behavior, or follow family expectations.

4.4 Organization Orchestrator Functions

Organization Orchestrator Functions are designed for groups, companies, clinics,
churches, clubs, teams, associations, schools, nonprofits, service providers, volunteer groups, staff
groups, or other organizations that want a mobile-friendly starting point for support links, member
resources, staff/volunteer coordination, event information, activation support, and organization
communication shortcuts.

Organization Orchestrator is a support dashboard and link organizer. It is not a complete enterprise
management system, HR system, school records system, compliance system, payroll system, background-check
system, medical records system, legal records system, security system, or official organization database.

Organization-specific disclosures

  • Organizations are responsible for determining who may access, configure, or use organization dashboards.
  • Organizations should not enter sensitive member, patient, student, employee, volunteer, financial, legal, or confidential information unless they understand that the information is stored locally on the device/browser being used.
  • GreenBridge Mobile does not verify staff authority, volunteer status, membership status, employment status, professional licensing, organizational policies, or compliance requirements.
  • Organization links, event links, member support links, and resource links should be reviewed and approved by the organization before use.
  • Organization Orchestrator does not create an official system of record unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
  • Organizations are responsible for their own privacy notices, employment policies, child-safety policies, volunteer policies, insurance, professional licensing, and legal compliance.

4.5 Anyone / All-In Mobile Support Functions

Anyone / All-In Mobile Support Functions are designed as a general-purpose WRapp
path for users who do not fit only one category or who want broader access to GreenBridge support
functions. The All-In path may include signup links, activation support, product shortcuts, shopping
links, service links, support buttons, approved links, opportunity links, customer support shortcuts,
and general mobile assistance tools.

All-In Mobile Support is a flexible directory and support hub. It is not a guarantee that any product,
plan, third-party service, phone, device, wireless service, shopping result, discount, or activation
process will be available, approved, compatible, or successful.

All-In-specific disclosures

  • Product, shopping, phone, device, and service links may go to third-party websites or providers.
  • GreenBridge Mobile may receive compensation, affiliate revenue, referral fees, or commissions from some links if disclosed or applicable.
  • Users are responsible for checking product descriptions, device compatibility, carrier compatibility, return policies, pricing, taxes, fees, warranty terms, and third-party conditions before purchase.
  • GreenBridge Mobile does not control third-party inventory, pricing, availability, shipping, activation requirements, or return policies.
  • All-In links and support paths are general convenience tools and do not replace customer due diligence.

5. Purchases, Discount Codes, and WRapp Access

GreenBridge Mobile WRapp Access may be offered through a product page, WooCommerce checkout,
discount-code flow, or other purchase/access process. A customer may be asked to pay for WRapp
access or may receive an approved discount code from GreenBridge Mobile or an authorized source.

Discount codes are intended only for authorized recipients. A discount code may reduce the price
of the WRapp access product, including potentially reducing the price to $0.00 if configured by
GreenBridge Mobile. GreenBridge Mobile may change, limit, disable, revoke, or expire discount codes
at any time, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

A discount code for GreenBridge Mobile WRapp Access does not automatically include or discount any
Perch Mobile data plan, third-party wireless plan, carrier plan, device purchase, phone service,
third-party subscription, app store charge, shipping fee, tax, activation fee, government fee, or
external service unless specifically stated in writing.

Any checkout or order process may collect information necessary to process the order. That checkout
data is separate from locally stored dashboard profile data. Locally stored service-path profile data
remains device/browser-based unless the user separately transmits it.

6. No Emergency-Service Warranty

The Services may include emergency contact fields, family contact buttons, phone shortcut buttons,
safety reminders, or instructions to call 911. These features are convenience tools only.

For emergencies, call 911 directly or contact local emergency services.
Do not rely on GreenBridge Mobile, SecureVault, WRapp pages, local profile fields, shortcut buttons,
caregiver lists, family contact lists, or any dashboard feature as the only method for emergency help.

GreenBridge Mobile does not dispatch police, fire, ambulance, medical care, crisis response, elder-care
response, child-protection response, ride service, caregiver response, or emergency personnel.

7. No Medical, Healthcare, Medication, or Professional Advice

The Services may contain fields for doctor information, pharmacy information, medication notes,
appointment reminders, health-related contacts, caregiver contacts, senior support notes, or general
educational prompts. These features are organizational tools only.

GreenBridge Mobile does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical triage, medication
management, healthcare services, pharmacy services, mental-health services, professional caregiving
services, or medical records management through the standard WRapp dashboards.

Users should consult qualified medical, pharmacy, mental-health, elder-care, legal, financial, or
other professionals for professional advice. Users should not delay care, change medication, ignore
symptoms, or rely on a WRapp dashboard instead of professional care.

8. Children, Guardians, and Parent Responsibility

Child Channel and teen/tween-related features are designed to be used by parents, legal guardians,
or authorized responsible adults. GreenBridge Mobile does not independently verify parental rights,
custody arrangements, guardianship status, school authority, household authority, or caregiver authority.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for their
child, for supervising use, for choosing approved links, for deciding what information should or should
not be entered, and for ensuring that children do not enter unnecessary sensitive information.

The Services are not intended to secretly collect information from children or to create a GreenBridge
server database of child information. Current service-path profile tools are designed so child-related
data entered into local dashboard fields remains on the user’s device/browser unless the adult user
voluntarily transmits it through another service.

9. Local Login and Local Lock Disclosures

Some service pages may include local sign-in, local password, local guardian access, local administrator
access, or local page-lock functionality. These features are convenience tools intended to help separate
setup areas from user-facing areas on the same device/browser.

A local sign-in is not the same as a secure server account, bank-level login, enterprise identity
system, encrypted user account, or legal access-control system. Local passwords or setup values may
be stored locally on the device/browser and may be affected by browser clearing, device access,
shared-device use, or technical limitations.

Users should use strong device-level protections, avoid sharing unlocked devices, and use operating
system protections appropriate for children, seniors, families, and organizations.

10. Third-Party Links, Services, Devices, and Providers

The Services may contain links, buttons, or shortcuts to third-party websites, products, maps, phone
calls, email, SMS, shopping pages, affiliate pages, Perch Mobile, wireless services, device sellers,
payment processors, app stores, browser tools, and other providers.

Third-party services are not controlled by GreenBridge Mobile unless expressly stated in a separate
written agreement. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility
requirements, data practices, refund rules, activation rules, cancellation rules, shipping policies,
and customer-service processes.

GreenBridge Mobile is not responsible for third-party content, pricing, availability, compatibility,
billing, outages, delays, errors, returns, activation, coverage, shipping, product quality, device
compatibility, or customer support.

11. Perch Mobile Data Plan Provider Disclosure

GreenBridge Mobile WRapp is designed to support customers using a compatible mobile data plan,
including data plans provided through Perch Mobile. Perch Mobile is the provider
of the applicable wireless/data plan, carrier-related service, activation process, account service,
data connectivity, coverage relationship, billing relationship, and network-related plan terms.

GreenBridge Mobile is not the wireless carrier, data-plan provider, network operator,
billing carrier, SIM/eSIM issuer, or mobile network service provider.
GreenBridge Mobile
provides the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp, customer-facing app support experience, SecureVault-hosted
service paths, setup guidance, app navigation, support tools, service dashboards, and related
customer-support resources that may be used by customers on a Perch Mobile data plan.

GreenBridge Mobile supports the customer experience by providing the mobile app-style WRapp
interface that helps users access Senior Support Functions, Child Channel Functions, Teen / Tween
Trust Functions, Organization Orchestrator Functions, and Anyone / All-In Mobile Support Functions.
The GreenBridge Mobile WRapp is intended to work as a support layer and mobile service-access
experience used on or alongside the customer’s Perch Mobile data plan.

Perch Mobile remains responsible for the terms, conditions, availability, coverage, activation,
network access, data service, wireless performance, account approval, SIM/eSIM provisioning,
data speeds, service limitations, carrier rules, taxes, government fees, billing, cancellation,
renewal, suspension, and any other wireless/data-plan matters controlled by Perch Mobile or its
underlying service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenBridge Mobile carries no liability for Perch
Mobile’s data-plan service, network performance, activation decisions, coverage availability,
billing, account status, plan changes, outages, throttling, data-speed limitations, cancellation,
renewal, taxes, fees, SIM/eSIM issues, device compatibility, carrier restrictions, or any other
matter controlled by Perch Mobile or its underlying wireless/data service providers.

GreenBridge Mobile’s role is to support the customer through the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp and
related service tools. GreenBridge Mobile may help customers understand where to begin, how to
access the WRapp, how to use the SecureVault-hosted service paths, how to navigate support links,
and how to use the mobile app-style tools connected to the GreenBridge Mobile experience. However,
GreenBridge Mobile does not control or guarantee the Perch Mobile data plan, wireless network,
coverage, billing, activation outcome, or carrier account status.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting Perch Mobile’s applicable data-plan terms,
privacy terms, billing terms, activation terms, cancellation terms, coverage terms, and any related
carrier or provider disclosures before purchasing or using a Perch Mobile data plan. Use of the
GreenBridge Mobile WRapp does not modify, replace, waive, or supersede Perch Mobile’s own terms
and conditions.

If a customer experiences an issue with the GreenBridge Mobile WRapp, SecureVault-hosted service
paths, app navigation, or GreenBridge support tools, GreenBridge Mobile may assist with those
WRapp-related matters. If a customer experiences an issue with wireless/data service, activation,
SIM/eSIM provisioning, billing, account status, coverage, data speed, or carrier-plan terms, that
issue is governed by Perch Mobile’s applicable service process and provider terms.

12. Wireless/Data Plan and Device Compatibility Disclosures

GreenBridge Mobile WRapp Access is not itself a wireless carrier plan, SIM card, eSIM, cellular
activation, device warranty, phone purchase, or network service. GreenBridge Mobile supports the
customer’s app-style mobile support experience, while Perch Mobile provides the applicable data-plan
relationship.

Users are responsible for confirming that any phone, tablet, wearable, SIM, eSIM, or device is unlocked,
compatible, lawful, appropriate, and supported by the relevant network or provider before purchase
or activation.

Device compatibility, network coverage, signal strength, data speeds, plan availability, app performance,
browser performance, operating-system behavior, and local storage behavior may vary by device, carrier,
location, network, browser, user settings, and third-party provider rules.

13. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Using the Services lawfully and responsibly.
  • Entering accurate information if they choose to use local profile fields.
  • Keeping their device, browser, and local profile data secure.
  • Backing up any information they do not want to lose.
  • Confirming phone numbers, doctor details, pharmacy details, caregiver information, organization links, and approved links before relying on them.
  • Supervising children, teens, tweens, seniors, staff, volunteers, members, and others who use a configured device or dashboard.
  • Understanding that local data may be lost if the device or browser storage is cleared.
  • Reviewing Perch Mobile data-plan terms and provider disclosures before purchasing or using a Perch Mobile data plan.
  • Using professional services, emergency services, medical care, legal advice, caregiver support, school resources, or crisis support when appropriate.

14. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Services to:

  • Violate the law or the rights of another person.
  • Enter, store, or share information they have no authority to manage.
  • Impersonate another person, guardian, administrator, caregiver, staff member, organization, or authority.
  • Use child, teen, senior, or organization tools for harassment, coercion, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation, abuse, or control.
  • Bypass lawful parental, school, carrier, employer, organizational, or device restrictions.
  • Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, spam, fraudulent content, or unlawful material.
  • Misrepresent GreenBridge Mobile WRapp as a medical, emergency, government, school, legal, law-enforcement, carrier, or Perch Mobile-operated service.

15. No Guarantee of Availability or Error-Free Operation

The Services may be updated, changed, interrupted, suspended, modified, redesigned, removed, renamed,
or discontinued. Web pages, browser shortcuts, local storage, buttons, third-party links, maps, call
links, checkout links, Perch Mobile links, and device features may not always work as expected.

GreenBridge Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability,
compatibility with every device, compatibility with every browser, compatibility with every operating
system, compatibility with every Perch Mobile data plan, or preservation of local data.

16. Intellectual Property

GreenBridge Mobile, GreenBridge Mobile WRapp, SecureVault-hosted service paths, page designs, layouts,
graphics, written content, product descriptions, service categories, app concepts, icons, workflows,
branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GreenBridge Mobile unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish, scrape, commercially exploit, reverse engineer,
distribute, or create derivative commercial products from GreenBridge Mobile materials without written
permission from GreenBridge Mobile.

17. Privacy Summary

The current WRapp service dashboards are designed around local device/browser storage for dashboard
profile fields. GreenBridge Mobile does not maintain a server-side profile database of the information
users type into those local dashboard profile fields.

However, GreenBridge Mobile, Perch Mobile, WooCommerce, payment processors, email providers,
SMS providers, browsers, app stores, device operating systems, or other third-party providers may
receive information if the user chooses to submit a form, complete checkout, email, call, text, share,
use a third-party link, purchase or activate a data plan, or otherwise send information outside the
local dashboard.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into any local dashboard and should
understand that anyone with access to the device/browser may be able to view locally saved information.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenBridge Mobile and its owners, officers, employees,
contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners are not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including loss of data,
loss of device access, loss of local profile information, missed reminders, missed calls, inaccurate
user-entered information, third-party service failures, Perch Mobile data-plan issues, network outages,
billing disputes, activation failures, device incompatibility, third-party purchases, emergencies,
medical outcomes, child-safety outcomes, senior-care outcomes, organizational outcomes, or reliance on
the Services beyond their intended use.

The Services are provided as organizational, support, and convenience tools. Users remain responsible
for professional care, emergency response, family supervision, child safety, senior support, device
security, Perch Mobile data-plan review, third-party purchases, and legal compliance.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GreenBridge Mobile disclaims all
warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility,
and error-free operation.

GreenBridge Mobile does not warrant or guarantee Perch Mobile’s data-plan service, network performance,
billing process, account approval, activation process, coverage, signal strength, data speed, device
compatibility, plan availability, or wireless-service outcome.

20. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GreenBridge Mobile and its owners, officers,
employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the Services, unauthorized use of
another person’s information, violation of these Terms, violation of law, third-party claims, Perch
Mobile data-plan disputes caused by user action or misunderstanding, or use of the Services in a way
not intended by GreenBridge Mobile.

21. Changes to These Terms

GreenBridge Mobile may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on the
website or otherwise made available. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted means
the user accepts the updated Terms.

22. Contact
