GreenBridge Senior Quick Dashboard
The Senior Quick Dashboard can be paired with a caregiver's regular Senior Support page. The senior and caregiver share one encrypted server profile, so either side can update the information and the other side receives the latest saved version.
1. Open the Senior PWA
On the senior phone open https://securevault.host/senior-quick-dashboard/. Tap Caregiver Sync and create a temporary 8-character pairing code.
2. Pair the Caregiver
- On the caregiver's phone open https://securevault.host/senior-support-functions/.
- Tap the floating Caregiver Sync button.
- Enter the 8-character code shown on the senior phone.
- Enter a caregiver label, such as “Daughter,” “Home Caregiver,” or a first name.
- Tap Pair & Sync Current Profile.
3. Two-Way Profile Updates
After pairing, the caregiver can change the Senior Profile on the regular Senior Support page and press Save. The shared profile synchronizes to SecureVault. The Senior Quick PWA checks for new versions while open and when it resumes. The senior can also edit the Profile picture inside the PWA; that saved change returns to the caregiver page.
Conflict rule: if both devices save different changes at nearly the same time, the most recently saved version becomes the current shared profile.
4. Prescription Reminders
The senior or caregiver can create shared prescription reminders. The reminder time, recipients, medication label, and reminder note are stored in the shared encrypted record. On-screen reminders work while the PWA is open. Automatic scheduled SMS requires the SMS provider configuration under WordPress → Settings → GreenBridge Senior SMS.
5. Optional Senior Dashboard PIN
The caregiver can turn on a 4–12 digit PIN for the Senior Quick Dashboard and choose an unlock period. Emergency 911 remains available outside the PIN lock. When PIN protection is enabled, the synchronized Senior Profile is loaded from the encrypted server after unlock rather than retained as a readable local profile cache.
6. More Than One Caregiver
The senior can create another temporary pairing code and pair another authorized caregiver. Each caregiver receives a separate device credential. Removing one caregiver does not automatically remove the others.
7. Unpair
On the caregiver page choose Unpair This Caregiver. To remove all caregiver access, the senior can use Remove All Caregivers inside the Caregiver Sync picture in the Senior Quick PWA.
