How do I get started?
Create an account or sign in, choose Start a Project, give your project a name and select a service. Describe your goal, then save your draft.
Does saving a project send it to Media Data Network?
Saving creates a draft. Open the project, review your brief and choose Submit brief to Media Data Network when you are ready.
Does submitting a brief charge me?
No. Submitting requests a scope review. Media Data Network confirms deliverables, price and timing with you before work begins.
Where can I see my work?
Open My Business Dashboard and select your project. Brief, Tasks, Files and Activity keep the work together.
How do I request changes?
When a project is in review, choose Request revisions and add your feedback in Activity. Approve delivery when the work is ready.
Can I dictate my brief?
Use the speech button beside a supported text field. Browser microphone permission and speech recognition support are required. You can always type instead.
